Stretching Therapy
Stretching therapy is a passive form of stretch which is applied by the therapist. During the stretching session particular part of the body is placed in a position that will lengthen the muscles and associated soft tissues. Other tissues that begin to adapt to the stretching process include the fascia, tendons, ligaments, skin and scar tissue. Stretching will leave you refreshed, will increase flexibility and range of motion, improve circulation and posture, and enhance coordination, release pain and stress.
